Boarding process

  • We will inform you of the departure time when you make your reservation. Please complete your preparations, such as preparing your fishing gear, before boarding and be on board by the departure time.

  • There's a saying at the beach: "Even in summer, prepare for winter." The weather can change suddenly, so be sure to prepare your clothing carefully.

  • Wearing a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism-certified Type A life jacket is mandatory for boarding. Life jackets are available for rent, so please inform the captain if you do not have one.

STEP

1

The boat deck can become surprisingly slippery when wet. Please wear shoes made of non-slip material, such as athletic shoes with rubber soles, when boarding.

Crosswinds can cause waves to splash and lower your body temperature, so we recommend wearing a waterproof jacket or similar garment.

The amount of ultraviolet radiation in recent years is unimaginable. While sun protection for your skin is essential, please also protect your eyes from UV rays with sunglasses or other protective gear.

STEP

2

Please wear a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism-certified Type A life jacket while on board.

This area has some of the strongest currents in Japan. The boat may suddenly start to roll unexpectedly, so please refrain from standing up or moving around while the boat is in motion.

Customers accompanied by young children are requested to keep a close eye on them at all times.

STEP

3

Please follow the captain's instructions while on board.

When the captain is preparing the fishing gear, it is the responsibility of the other passengers to keep an eye on the surroundings, so please be sure to monitor the area.

In summary, please take sufficient precautions to avoid injuries such as falling into the water or tripping, and enjoy the sea to the fullest.

Please feel free to let us know if you have any requests!

  • If you feel unwell or need to use the restroom while on board, please do not hesitate to inform the captain.

  • Please let me know if you'd like me to take your picture.

  • While COVID-19 infections haven't completely disappeared on land, I believe there's virtually no risk of infection from anyone other than those on board the ship at sea. So please take off your mask, breathe in the fresh air, and enjoy yourself.
